Do I need experience to start boxing training?
No experience is needed. Coach Reggie works with complete beginners in downtown Toronto. Your first sessions focus on footwork, basic strikes, and building a foundation at your pace. Most clients arrive with zero boxing experience – that’s exactly who this program is designed for.
What if I’m out of shape or haven’t trained in years?
That’s completely fine. Every session is adjusted to your current fitness level. The goal is steady improvement without feeling overwhelmed – not punishing you for where you’re starting from. Coach Reggie meets you where you are and builds from there.
