Questions

What will we work on in a typical session?

Most sessions include a warm-up, technique work (boxing fundamentals, pad work, defense), conditioning drills, and a cooldown. Every session is built around your goals, fitness level, and experience. You’ll work on striking technique, endurance, coordination, power, and confidence.

Safety is a priority. Coach Reggie coaches proper technique and adjusts drills based on your ability and comfort level. If you have existing injuries or limitations (wrist, shoulder, back, etc.), exercises and drills are modified accordingly. Before your first session, you’ll discuss anything Coach Reggie should know so training can be adjusted from day one.

With consistency, you can expect measurable improvements in fitness, striking technique, endurance, coordination, and confidence. Everyone progresses at their own pace, but the program is structured around real, trackable milestones – not vague promises.
